Our timeline begins with our designers who promptly and effectively detail the scope of work while working closely with you to finalize comprehensive and competitive prices. We value your business and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the end result.
Step #1: Complimentary Consultations
Each of our projects starts with a free in-home appointment around your schedule. This consultation will be with a designer who is a trained expert in the field of storage solutions. During this collaboration, our designers will take the time to learn about your design preferences and style. One of the most important aspects of this step is actually seeing your space and collecting the necessary measurements as well as evaluating your needs. If you’re not ready to set an appointment up for several weeks or months, we’ll be happy to call you at the designated date/time to set up the appointment, relieving you of the responsibility to call us several weeks/months down the road.
Step #2: Design Presentation
We’ll set-up our 3D design software with the information collected during the in-home consultation and take you on a virtual tour of the area with your input along the way. You’ll be able to customize your space with different colors, door and drawer fronts, and accessories. If you feel like you want to add in or remove anything, our software makes it easy to adjust the layout for your full approval. When design is finalized and agreed upon, we’ll go over the total estimate and collect the initial deposit. Depending upon your time availability and/or complexity of design we may provide this during our initial visit or within one business day, thereafter.
Step #3: Quick & Efficient Installations
We will show up promptly and prepared with everything needed to complete the job. We will install your new space quickly yet efficiently and with integrity as if it was our own home, typically in a single day. Once the installation is complete, all that’s left is to tidy up. We’ll remove any and all boxes, plastic wrap, as well as any leftover parts and pieces from what was previously installed. We’ll also vacuum and wipe down your newly installed system with white glove treatment. Before we leave we will walk through your newly organized space to ensure you are completely satisfied with the outcome.
Step #4: Follow up Process
We will follow up after installation to make sure you are happy with our work from start to finish and enjoying your new organized space.
